Important for U.S. & International customers: Any import/duty charges billed to Fargo Time for your return will be deducted from your refund.

Include all original packaging, tags, plastics, manuals, box, warranty card, and accessories.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Return shipping is not included; you are responsible for shipping, insurance, and tracking.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@fargotime.com immediately so we can evaluate and make it right.
Refund Conditions
Merchandise must be unaltered and in original condition. Returns will be refused if there is evidence of:

Removal of seals or plastics

Engraving or cosmetic alterations

Service/repairs by any party without our approval

Removal/tampering of serial numbers or parts
All returns must include the original box, warranty/papers, and all items supplied with the order.
Return Shipping
Fargo Time is not responsible for return shipping costs, additional carrier fees, or lost packages. We strongly recommend using a reputable courier with tracking and full insurance.
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Required
All returns must have an approved RMA.
How to obtain an RMA

Email support@fargotime.com with:
• Your order number
• Reason for return or exchange
• Photos of the item and everything you plan to return -
Allow up to 2 business days for an RMA number (if applicable).

Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. Packages without an RMA may be refused.
