Refund & Exchange
We have a 7 day refund and exchange policy from the time you receive the item. If you require a longer time, please do contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Note, shipping is not included with your exchange or refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Merchandise must be unaltered and in original condition; including but not limited to, link removal, sizing, removal of any seals, engraving, service and/or repairs by any party without our approval, removal or tempering of serial number, removal or tampering of parts or integrity of any item in any way from how it was originally sold. Must be returned with original box, warranty, papers and anything else that has been delivered with your order.
FargoTime.com is not responsible for return shipping costs including any additional shipping fee’s or lost packages. We recommend all returned items be shipped with a tracking number by a reputable courier and to be fully insured.
All returns must have an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Images of everything you will be returning
Allow us up to 2 business days to reply with an RMA number if applicable.
RMA number must be written on the outside of the shipping box or the delivery will be refused.
