Please read carefully our refund policy

Our refund and exchange policy lasts for 3 days from the day you receive your item. You must contact us within this time with your concerns. You may contact us at support@fargotime.com. Please read below our refund and exchange policy. If the 3 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. The item is to be shipped to us within the 7-day duration of receiving your item. This does not mean we must receive your item within 7 days, but rather it should be shipped within 7 days (not business days).

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused. It also must be in the original packaging. 

Return Policy

Since we offer great discounts, we do not offer refunds unless the product has a manufacture defect. Please note, if the battery is not working, this is not considered a manufacture defect. If you receive your item in a defective condition, please take a picture of your item and send it to support@fargotime.com

PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR PURCHASE BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER.

 

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Refunds take 14 days to process. Please make sure you give some time to ensure your refund appears in your bank account. 

You should also contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items that are damaged or defective. Please contact us at support@fargotime.com with your exchange request. Then you may ship the item to 1505-6 Eva Road. Etobicoke Ontario, Canada. M9C0B1
