Bought this as a gift. I found out about this store a bit late as the watch that I wanted is a pre order and won’t arrive on time for the celebration. Just added a little note before completing my purchase online regarding a special request. Being an online purchase, I never expected that they would take note of that. Lo and behold! Just a few minutes after my purchase, I got not just an email but a phonecall from Zach and have talked for a while regarding the my request. It felt like a personalized, in store experience for me. In the end, he was able to work something up for me and that really impressed me a lot, they don’t just say they provide great customer satisfaction. Because they actually DO provide top notch customer service and satisfaction in my books. I would definitely buy again from this store, with the price and service that I just had, who wouldn’t?

Purchased this online for pick up - BEST Price and BEST Service from start to finish! Placed the order, received notification yet regrettably the item was backordered. Communication by Zak was on point and he kept us up to date. Picked up the watch last week, Zak was able to size it to my son's wrist within minutes. Absolutely recommend purchasing from Fargo Time!
