Warranty Length 

All brands come with a standard 2 year warranty from FargoTime.com The warranty begins from the date of receiving the watch.

Product Warranty

Fargotime.com will service every brand name watch sold on our website specified by brand. Watches that have symptoms of abnormally gaining time, losing time, or not keeping proper time will be serviced under our warranty program. Our warranty does not cover "external damage" to the product.

What's Not Covered

The Fargo Time warranty does not cover any damage resulting from, water/moisture damage. Additionally, the warranty does not cover any damage to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet/band, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch. Damage which occurs due to having the watch serviced by a third party, nulls and voids the warranty from FargoTime.com.

This limited warranty does not cover any damage if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear, or if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty or any implied warranties.

• External wear-and-tear from normal daily use.
• External damage to the product. Any damages resulting from wear to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch
• Defects caused by outside force, improper use, or ANY such incidental damages which occur by dropping or banging the timepiece.
• Any lost/missing stones or gems on the outer portion of the watch or watch face
• Outside modifications and third party repair attempts void the warranty
• Any damage if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines.
• Watches that are labeled as water resistant featuring a screw down crown. The crown must be screwed down properly at all times to keep the watch casing from receiving water damage inside the stem. Water damage is not covered under warranty by FargoTime.com nor any manufacturer.

 

We have a 7 day refund and exchange policy from the time you receive the item. If you require a longer time, please do contact us at support@fargotime.com. 

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Note, shipping is not included with your exchange or refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Merchandise must be unaltered and in original condition; including but not limited to, link removal, sizing, removal of any seals, engraving, service and/or repairs by any party without our approval, removal or tempering of serial number, removal or tampering of parts or integrity of any item in any way from how it was originally sold. Must be returned with original box, warranty, papers and anything else that has been delivered with your order.

FargoTime.com is not responsible for return shipping costs including any additional shipping fee’s or lost packages. We recommend all returned items be shipped with a tracking number by a reputable courier and to be fully insured.

 

All returns must have an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
