Refund policy

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. If you require a longer time, please do contact us at support@fargotime.com. You will need to first inform us that you needed an extended period to exchange your order. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.




Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
You may get a refund so long as we have not shipped the item to you. Since we discount our watches and work on minimal profit, we are unable to provide returns once the watch is shipped from our warehouse. To know whether the watch is shipped, check your tracking number. If it does not indicate the item has been picked up from our warehouse, we will be able to refund your amount. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to process.
